This is what I like to call ‘post-party depression.’ You had your weekend fun, and as a result you likely didn’t get enough rest. Maybe you had a little too much fun and are still nursing a bit of a hangover. Maybe your weekend activities ended up being kind of a letdown and you were a little disappointed. Whatever it is, you’re entering the week feeling a little off and maybe a little out of it. The only cure for this is time and perhaps a little sleep. Hopefully by tomorrow you’ll wake as your usual self, but until then just keep your head down and take it easy until it passes.
