Make it a point to ignore stress today. You need a break from it. If it’s possible, avoid the people and situations that cause you stress. If that’s not possible, make a conscious effort to not let it get to you. If you can, the best thing to do would be to spend the day alone. Go for a walk or a hike. Spend time in nature, even if it’s in your own backyard. Play with your pets for a while. The stress will be there tomorrow, so let go of it today. Decompress. Pretend it’s not there. Focus on simplicity and calm environments.
