If you’ve recently come out of a tough situation, remember what that situation was like and what you were supposed to learn from it. It’s easy, in the relief of being free of a situation that was holding you back, to go back to your old ways. If those old ways are what got you in the mess in the first place, then why would you want to go back to that? Reevaluate what you’ve learned, and be honest with yourself about what you’re choosing to ignore. It might feel good o be free of the stress, and maybe you don’t want to think about it, but what good is that of it leads you bak into the same problems?
