Someone is over-thinking and over-stressing today. Tough times happen to everyone, but they get worse when they become the only focus. If you find yourself or someone close to you is dwelling on the bad things that have happened, try to bring the attention back to the more positive developments and how far the situation has come. It’s hard sometimes to recognize the progress you’ve made when negative thoughts and stress cloud the mind. Take stock in what you’ve accomplished. There might still be a lot to accomplish before you can fully put these problems behind you, but recognizing your little victories and recognizing that you’ve moved forward rather than allowing yourself to get stuck will help ease your mind and lighten your mood.
