You might not be your best self today. You know how you should act as a mature person with a good grip on reality, but something might get the best of you today. You might find yourself feeling jealousy or even spite towards another person. You might be tempted to say or do something to be cruel because the other person deserves it. If these sorts of thoughts and feelings come up, allow yourself to have them, but do your best not to act on them. Sometimes it’s hard to maintain control of our emotions, especially when other people seem to be pushing our buttons or when situations really are just unfair. This won’t last, so just hold your tongue until you’re in a better place to make more rational and thought out decisions.
